What I Offer

Evaluation


I prefer a 90 minute evaluation so that we have time to do a thorough evaluation and provide hands on care and exercise on day 1, so you start to make rapid progress on day 1 if possible.

Follow-Up Visits


Follow up visit frequency and length depend on you. But on average, I schedule 1 visit per week for 60 minutes. Sometimes a 30’ telehealth is all you need. Sometimes a full 90’ session if we are treating multiple body parts, doing heavy manual therapy and heavy exercise all in one session. I only give you what you need, and try to achieve results in as few visits as possible.

Maintenance Visits


If your condition is chronic, or you have small changes to your fitness program that need to be made seasonally, we can schedule maintenance visits at whatever cadence you need. No more, no less.
